Sergey Tiraspolsky
I have been using and coaching Agile methods in the gaming and software industry. I have experience in the ScrumMaster role at 5 companies and over a dozen teams. My first experience as acting ScrumMaster was in the game industry. I furthered my experience as Scrum Coach of over several teams at my next company. Every company that I have joined since 2011 I have enjoyed reshaping the world of work. I have seen first-hand the transformation of teams through collaboration and product focus and plan to continuously improve myself and Agile software development teams for the rest of my career.
