Digital transformation is the process of building an organization which is capable of competing in the connected world. It means large, complex and traditional organizations adapt their models to compete with small, nimble and agile startups driven by cloud computing power. This means building intelligence into products, processes, and business models by implementation of processes and technologies which enable automation, flexibility, and adaptability.

This encompasses my work in Business Agility. Replacing one complex organizational eco-system with another (even one built on Agility) is a missed opportunity. Extreme simplification and practice of minimalism allow new nimbler organizations. To quote Deming, there is one shot at organizational transformation, get it right or else you will need several costly transformations and lost time to get there, if at all.

As a Enterprise Transformation Strategist and Agile Coach, I am a holistic problem solver equipping business and technology with required behaviors to self-evolve and succeed, in spite of any constraints. I thrive in complexity and ambiguity; with an unusually high tolerance for disorder and disarray; the ability to extract order from chaos; independence; unconventionality; and a willingness to take risks, in order to get these extraordinary results.

This is a competitive industry and my goal is to best myself every-day. Learning different techniques (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, DAD, DevOps, MGMT3.0) helps realize that none actually work in a given organizational context. In most cases you need an intelligent combination of several of these combined with your own ideas and experiences; to orchestrate new organizational capabilities that significantly improve end-to-end delivery of business value. Focused change facilitation to drive the required behavior changes in teams, teams of teams, teams of teams of teams, and in leadership; to enable rapid continuous learning.
