Shawn Presson, CSM, CSPO, SPC6, ICP-ACC has been a custom software developer, Agile coach, Scrum Master, project leader, certified CMMI Instructor, corporate practices chair, and film Executive Producer. He began his process consulting career in 1998 when he joined ISPI, the original CMM consulting company. Since 2001, he has actively promoted the use of Agile methods, including their use within CMMI-compliant organizations, both through his organization’s internal efforts and through industry involvement. He has led agile coaching teams as they supported organizational-wide implementation of agile, lean, and DevOps practices, as well as provided coaching support to numerous organizations implementing XP and Scrum.
