Sierra McGuire

Growing up I was fortunate to be raised across three continents, experience numerous cultures throughout the world, form bonds no distance can break, and continuously learn and grow from my surroundings.  I was enthralled with change from a young age, so there was never a surprise that I would wear many hats over the course of my career.  

Over the past 16 years, I have built rockstar teams in Product Management, Operations, UX & Design, Project Management, Customer Care, and Product Marketing. I’ve appreciated the diversity of work as it has allowed me a holistic view of how to successfully launch incubator ideas and build high-growth products, lead cross-functional teams while partnering with peers, and achieve milestones to beat business goals.

I have a get shit done attitude with fire in my belly to succeed.  I’m passionate about what I do to establish shared vision across the company by building consensus across groups on priorities, and forming agile teams with missions that have direct impact on product execution. I love rolling up my sleeves and developing the next wave of leaders, thrive in the fast-paced environment of technology, and enjoy challenges developing value-driven B2B and B2C products.  Bottom line, I love what I do the way Oprah loves bread.
