360 Cloud Solutions is a consulting company which specializes in sales, integration, and customization of NetSuite, a cloud based ERP, CRM, and Financials platform. In my role as Project Manager, I am the Scrum Master for four scrum teams, who sprint in 2-week iterations to provide new features, as well as production support for our clients. I facilitate backlog grooming, release planning, sprint planning, daily stand ups, and sprint retrospectives using JIRA and Confluence. In addition to sprint demos with the team, I also provide weekly status reports to clients which track project velocity and budget metrics, to support an ongoing conversation about project health. When our clients participate in our Scrum process, I also work with them to understand the big picture, as well as their role and how they can help the team.
