She is passionate about empowering people and teams through coaching. She promotes awareness and empathy for agile culture and opens up people's creativity and potential through collaboration and communication. She has a strong desire to leverage the wisdom of Agile to drive business/social outcomes, especially in non-IT industries. Also as a leader of Women in Agile Japan, a non-profit organization of Global, she actively manages the community, communicates at events, and conducts Scrum training.
