Guided two teams from onboarding team members to successfully completing their first sprint. Teams completed all committed stories plus a few more.
2010 to 2015 Over 18 years at EMC as QE Manager of a distributed team, Scrum Master for nearly 5 years with multiple teams as well as Automation Product Owner. As Scrum Master guided 2 to 4 teams in transition from waterfall through initial forming, storming and norming to performing successfully as scrum teams.
