Ron is a Business & Integration Manager in Accenture’s Oracle practice and has leadership responsibility for the Global Oracle Finance and Enterprise Performance domain. He has over 20 years’ experience in end-to-end systems implementations and deployment with a focus on project management in the finance, aeronautics, construction and engineering fields. His knowledge and experience also covers systems support and administration, SDLC, project scheduling in Critical Path Methodology and Oracle Primavera EPPM and Contract Management rollout and training.

•State Agency – Technology lead for implementation and deployment of Oracle Primavera EPPM (P6) and Contract Management. Managed planning, development, testing and deployment phases. Also documented training materials and conducted staff training.
•Global Aeronautics and Defense Manufacturer – facilitated and coordinated the scoping, planning and deployment of Primavera P6. Trained and built support teams. Functional Lead for designing and validating firm’s Supply Chain business models.
•Consumer Goods Retail Chain – Managed LAN/WAN infrastructure maintenance and upgrades. Negotiated SLAs with third –party vendors and service providers. Built and trained support teams. Established SOX compliancy measures.
•Global Finance and Banking Firm - Managed heritage systems to Windows Active Directory integration and upgrade . Planned and executed end-to-end migrations of data, applications and user accounts. Communicated and facilitated local and global teams’ tasks and activities.
•Global Pharmaceutical Company– Managed the infrastructure installation of two disaster recovery sites. Planned, tested and validated installations of systems and applications. Led the development and QA/QC procedures for UAT. SME for SOX methodologies.
•Global Investment and Trading Firm – Managed the infrastructure installation of disaster recovery sites. Developed, tested and established business continuity procedures . Turned disaster sites operational during the 9/11 events.
•Global Investment and Banking Firm– Facilitated the integration of Novell and Microsoft NT infrastructures of two merging firms. Scoped and planned the schedule for major deliverables . Integrated the business workflows where applicable and developed migration strategies of applications, data and user accounts.
