Bob Phillips, MBA, CTC, ICE-AC, PMP
Bob is an agile practitioner who has served as Scrum Master and Agile Coach across many industires that include Services, Banking, Federal, and Non-Profit. He’s currently a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at the Federal Reserve Bank of NY and has spoken at many conferences about Agile and Scrum Practices. Bob spends his time giving back to the agile community by helping Project and Program managers adapt to working with agile teams as the Director of Agile Learning on the PMI NJ Chapter Board. As part of this be faciitates a monthly Agile Discussion Group (ADG) for chapter membership that's beein running for over 5 years.
Bob received his MBA with honors from the New Jersey Institute of Technology where he is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, as well as an MS in Management and BS in Mechanical Engineering. He is working toward a Doctoral in Information Technology at Pace University, where he is a member of the Upsilon Phi Epsilon Honors Society.
