Rob Montilla
My Agile journey started in 2006 when I was introduced to Extreme Programming practices as demonstrated and trained by Menlo Innovations in Ann Arbor, MI. From then on, I was hooked on using Agile disciplines as the most effective approach for product/project delivery. Teams I led at Entertainment Publications and Borders Group transformed to use Agile methods for highly successful delivery.
At Polk, I started regular use of Scrum practices in full. Using a combination of Agile/Scrum knowledge and my leadership skills, I have regularly performed as a servant leader Scrum Master, Agile/Scrum Coach and evangelist at clients including Comerica and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
