With an overall of  fifteen plus years of IT experience and over four years of project delivery in Agile environment, I am adept in Servant Leadership, Iteration management, conflict management and client relationship management.

Through coaching, mentoring and the removal of impediments, I play an active role in the day to day management and assist in the successful release of a product. I also help my team and stakeholders adopt best practices of the Scrum Framework. I constantly motivate my team to reach the sprint goals on schedule and facilitate communication between scrum team and product owner on a regular basis. I encourage my team to inspect and adapt throughout any sprint lifecycle. I spur my team to explore new approaches and tackle new challenges for the mutual benefit of the deliverable and employee development.

Reinforcing my project and team management experience are credentials that include Scrum Master designation, Certified Scrum Master and a Master's degree, i continuously look for software methods to improve the Scrum Process.
