Ross Byczek is a technical management professional that is best described as a jack of all trades, and an almost-master of several. In the Agile arena, he has his CSM, CSP-SM, PMI-ACP, RTE, and and SPC 5 - additionally, he holds a PMP, ITIL V3F, his AWS-CSA before the end of 2016. Holding 4 degrees from the University of Maryland, book-ended by a BS in Computer Science and an MBA, his college career is decorated with just as much paper as his professional one. He has worked in many technical aspects including a programmer and system administrator, and has been working as a technical project and program manager for the last 15 years. During this time, he has continued to keep himself engaged in the technical aspects, hovering just 1-step-away from being hands-on, enabling him to speak confidently to his customers when discussing their goals and helping shape and guide their visions for their organizations. When he's not delivering value to his customers or company, he is usually traveling, playing board games, and sampling cuisines from all over the world, including domestic culinary delights.
