Positioned between the development and global marketing teams, managing workload of up to 5 developers. Site Management: new site setup and on-going configuration, this was across 32 websites of 6 different brands in 19 markets and 14 languages. 3rd Party Management: working with external service providers being the first point of contact (design agencies, video solution providers, newsletter agencies, advertisement agencies). Client Support: supporting international teams of up to 30+ editors and marketing managers. Training editors on the Drupal CMS site and features, including developing training materials. QA/Testing: – regularly checking website and features, creating bug tickets and signing off on completed tickets.
