Pascal Hulalka: After working 11 years in Software development and Project Management, I took the responsability of the SeCom Competence Center in Bern. I am the responsible for Software and Hardware development (18 persons, budget > 3MCHF). Specialties: Experimented Project Manager in Video (Events detection), Police and Security (mobilisation, alarming) and development projects. Software development in VB, C, C++ and JAVA.
