About
Ozren Crnogorac is an Agile coach and Scrum master (CSP) with 17 years of experience in software development, helping organisations and development teams to achieve independence and high effectiveness in product development through agile and lean practices (Scrum, Kanban, Technical excellence) Before current company, he worked as Scrum Master in Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Croatia, ICT DevOps IoT & mHealth unit, and with telco teams in UK, India and Croatia. Coached and mentored more than ten teams and hundreds of people in Scrum framework. Also, Ozren was co-owner of two startups and managing director in one of them, where he applied agile practices from 2012. and worked with design and development teams in various multimedia projects in the field of web and mobile application development. He is also Certified LeSS Practitioner (Large Scale Scrum), Certified Practitioner in Executive Coaching from The Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and Certified Visual Facilitator from Bikablo Akademie, applying coaching and visual facilitation in his everyday work.
