I started working with technology companies over 15 years ago. 

When I finally discovered the agile methodologies, I deeply connected with the values and principles behind them and I was amazed at how they give solid results to the teams that embrace them, improving the time to market of the deliverables, as well as their quality, and letting people shine. 

With years of experience coaching and leading teams and people, I’m a purpose-guided mind focused on continuous improvement. I’m oriented towards motivating teams, organisations and their people, helping them to hold to their purpose and their definition of success.
