Neal Horner

Neal Horner is a calm and grounded Agility Coach & Mentor, who delivers at all levels.  With a real flair for team safety and equal voice, he enables the elusive advantage of higher performance through people, process and ultimately, mindset.

Resulting from his Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) awareness in 2017, he am on my own journey to refine my leadership practices that allow me to show up as my authentic self, to offer you honest, clear, conscious leadership. 

From being emotionally clear and ready, Neal can ‘stand in the truth’ of what is really happening for you, without judgement or blame.  He guides people in their system, to run experiments, share awareness and champion outcomes.

Neal is intentionally not super technical, although he have supported some wonderfully complex and technical spaces.  Our success can be measured through your people, their higher performance and your safe culture.
