Biography

Neal Horner has an international track record of making great things happen within an Agile space.  Here Neal can draw upon over seven years of hands-on delivery practitioner and coaching experience that can:

►    shape areas to become established using Agile / Scum practices
►    bring together new and/or experienced teams to work well together
►    teach, coach or advise as an experienced delivery guide
►    first seek to understand then be understood as a CSP
►    encourage the team to own the process as a CSM
►    focus energy to prepare our backlog as a CSPO
►    support drive towards a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

With the support of Senior Leadership driving adoption and change from the top, Neal has experience that allows him to support new teams from zero upwards, whilst engaging the more mature teams to improve their game by measuring real business value and hunting down those elusive velocity gains.

As a skilled facilitator, Neal's character and leadership style provides a confident, engaging and positive energy to open minds, reason and guide. Here he enjoys nothing more than to shape teams, create product backlogs, establishing ceremonies, protecting morale and offering meaningful options for delivery advantage.

By quickly establishing meaningful working relationship, confidence is gained to openly share successes and inevitable setbacks.  Neal's willingness to welcome these discussions, ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed, teams have agreed direction and realistic goals are established, shared and are achievable.
