Matthew Wiebe
I have been using some form of Agile for most of the last decade, first as a means to transparency and managing customer expectations in consulting work, then as a more formalized process for increasing quality of deliverables in product based environments.
I have been doing a mix of facilitating Agile processes and implementing user-facing web software tools for interacting with custom hardware. We use a SCRUM practices to develop products in close conjunction with dedicated User Experience Designers and Engineers writing low-level embedded code for our devices.
