Masa K. Maeda. I'm a senior enterprise and executive agile coach with UST in the USA. Formerly, I was the founder and principal of Valueinnova LLC in Utah, USA. With 30 years of international experience, I've been an Enterprise and organizational Lean Agile transformation coach since 2004 for companies from Fortune 100 to startups in 15 countries. I'm also an XSCALE steward/coach/trainer, a Kanban coach and trainer (co-founder of the Kanban for Knowledge Work Alliance and of the Lean Kanban University), steering committee member/coach/trainer for the Agile Testing Alliance and the DevOps++ Alliance, a Conteneo Collaboration Instructor, and a Scrum coach and trainer. Prior to that I was a founding team member of 5 startups in Silicon Valley, did R&D at Apple Inc., R&D at Justsystems in Japan.
