Mangal Kakade has 18 plus years of experience that comprises of 5 plus years in Agile Project Management, 2 years in leading a module executing an end to end product development using Scrum methodology, 2 years in traditional project management and remaining experience in end to end development in C, C++ on Unix and Windows platforms including all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.

The responsibilities and roles – Director, Manager-Delivery, Project Manager, Project Leader, Module Leader and developer interacting closely with Client.
Substantial amount of Mangal's experience is with ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) in Product Engineering Services in development and enhancement of products employing object-oriented methodologies with strong focus on the product design and modeling. Mangal have a comprehensive grasp of tools and techniques used for Agile Project Management.
Overseas experience is in Germany, USA and Japan. This experience includes requirement gathering, Process understanding, scheduling and estimations at customers end.
Over the recent years Mangal have been actively involved in executing Agile projects using scrum and interfacing with the customers, project implementation using Scrum.

Recently Mangal had been actively working on the automotive and industrial automation domain. Technical resposibility and creating and defining processes for the Organization that is scaling.

Currently she is on board of ïfm engineering pv. ltd. as Director. Responsible for overall Technlogy and Delivery at Organizaiton level.
