Mike Evanoo

Mr. Evanoo has more than 20 years of experience in measurement, process improvement, quality management and program and project management for large-scale systems,  software, and improvement projects.  He is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from the American Society for Quality, an SEI-certified High Maturity SCAMPI^â Lead Appraiser for CMMI^Ò, and SEI-authorized Instructor for CMMI v1.2, a trained Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Scrum Master and a highly experienced process improvement leader and consultant. 

Mr. Evanoo has extensive experience in all aspects of measurement including physical measurements, organizational measurements, and assisting executives at the highest levels to objectively measure business performance and results.  Mr. Evanoo also has extensive experience in leading, coaching and appraising improvement efforts in multiple organizations. He also has experience both working on, guiding and leading Agile/Scrum teams and assisting to improve and appraise organizations using Agile Development Methods. He has led and coached organizations to CMMI maturity levels 3-5 and has conducted more than 75 formal and informal appraisals including more than 20 at maturity levels 4&5.  Mr. Evanoo also has significant program and project management experience having led significant global programs including a global appraisal program, a global Six Sigma training program, and a global program to define and implement a consistent approach for organizations to quickly move from maturity level 3 to 5, using a blend of Six Sigma, Agile and CMMI techniques.
