I worked with technology since 1994 and, for the last 15 years, has led teams and highly complex projects in the retail technology segment, balancing technical rigor and strategic innovation.

With an MBA in Project Management (Universidade Veiga de Almeida), specializations in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, he currently serves as Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) at PA Latinoamericana, official Business Partner of Retail Pro International in Brazil, and as a Member of the Fiscal Council of AFRAC (Associação Brasileira de Tecnologia para o Comércio e Serviços).

My expertise lies in transforming complex challenges into practical and effective solutions, focusing on systems integration, business automation, tax localization, and process optimization in the retail sector of Latin America.
