I am proactive and adaptive IT Specialist, specializing as a Scrum Master, project manager, business analyst, and technical consultant to help teams partner to build solutions that elevate the quality of business and services. Having spent many years as a trainer and consultant, I enjoy representing products and services, and translating complex technical concepts to customers of all levels. I am adept at partnering with customers to understand and translate complex requirements. I have experience managing various projects as a Scrum Master or with other existing standards and client needs. I believe in designing light weight and effective processes, I hold multiple intermediate ITIL certifications. I am a zealous advocate for continuous service improvement and customer perspectives, and believe that research and data are the best tools to tell a story and identify areas for improvement. I am eager to pitch-in, with “roll up your sleeves,” and bring a “no job too big or too small,” attitude!
