Marisa Afuera

Software developer since 1978, I have worked a lot of trends and I have played several roles in IT teams: programmer, analyst, proyect leader, consultor. Also I have a lot of experience as a trainer.

Five years ago I've been concerned in agile projects, Scrum proyects. I begun getting CSD, CSPO and CSM certifications, learning a lot about Scrum from your certificate trainers. Afterwards I've played roles of scrum developer and scrum master. I've collaborated in two insurance companies as Scrum Master during the last two years.

Nowadays, I try to improve my scrum master skills in order to help others to make the best software products by using Scrum in the correct way.
