Luyu Yang(Louis), Agile and Scrum coach

Louis has more than 10 years experience in the softare development area, worked as Architect, Development Manager, Product Director and Consultant etc. Since 2008 he implemented Scrum and XP practices in his team and successfully transferred the organization to be Agile at large scale.

Louis started teaching Scrum and Agile product management in China from 2010, as well as offerring consulting and coaching service. He is also an active speaker at conferences like Agile China, ScrumGathering Shanghai etc, and at other different events.

Louis contributed in translating the Chinese version of <Succeeding with Agile: Software Development Using Scrum> (Mike Cohn, 2009) and <Agile Software Requirements> (Dean Leffingwell, 2011).
