Lars Wisler Pedersen

Started working with professional software development in 1997, started working with LEGO in January 2007 and became a Certified ScrumMaster in 2009.

At LEGO I've been working with www.lego.com database development. One of the things I really appreciate with my employment is my close cooperation with a wide range of people including fellow developers, scrum masters, QA-staff and product owners. During my "journey" around LEGO.com until now, I've been in touch with a wide range of sub sites including LEGO Club, My LEGO Network, LEGO Universe, LEGO Mindstorms NXTLOG, LEGO Education and Consumer Service. The two latter are covered by my current scrum team, based in Billund, DK, and which also includes colleagues and external partners from Enfield, CN and New York City.

Despite not being working as a SM currently, I'm still benefitting greatly from the certification as I've much better understanding of the SCRUM processes compared to not being a CSM.
