This was my first experience in a transition from Waterfall to Agile model and it was a really great experience regarding coaching my team and clients because they were always comparing the Waterfall with Agile trying to understand.
At this time I turned to books and friends trying to understand more about concepts and principles.

I've been working in a manufactory system as Scrum Master for almost 3 years.
Durant this project we developed #47 sprints with 15 days each one. For all of the sprints, we executed plannings, dailies, reviews and retrospectives. For each review, we got some points that the whole team put and create some action points.
All of us had a great experience with this project!
