My professional.
In May 2000 I started my professional way as Software Engineer in an international software company. In the next years my role was enhanced to work as Trainer, in Presales, as Quality Assurance Engineer and Service Manager.
In June 2010 I started my path as Agile Coach. I have coached different technology teams (Data Warehouse, Portal, Sites). In parallel I make sure that I did not lose my focus that I love to be a software engineer.
At Adobe I have a role as Agile Coach.
I am very interested to gain knowhow in different areas (technical, business-focused). So I am able to find appropriate solutions - and to be able to support other people.
My personality.
I prefer to communicate in an open and above board manner.
Why I like to be an Agile Coach.
My favorite part of this role is the interpersonal aspect.
