Karla holds an Engineering Master Degree from U.C.L.A. and a Bachelor of Science from Tecnologico de Monterrey.  She has 10+ years of experience working in innovation driven companies, driving continuous Integration initiatives for efficient Software Development teams. Her specialties are:

• Developing world-class, scalable, open, secure, and maintainable infrastructure for application builds and tests, on a diverse set of desktop and mobile platforms
• Building fast and reliable pipelines to transform source code into shipped products
• Designing and implementing development workflows and processes.
•  Enforcing coding best practices with the goal of increasing code quality and reducing technical debt.
