Kim Poremski is the founder of Agile Prowess and a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST), one of a select group worldwide.

With more than 30 years of experience across IT, product management, and organizational change, she has spent decades helping individuals, teams, and leaders build real agility, not just adopt new processes. Her classes are hands-on, practical, and grounded in the realities of how organizations actually work.

Beyond the classroom, Kim consults with Fortune 500 companies and growing organizations on leadership, agility, and change. She also speaks and delivers workshops at regional, national, and global events, served as emcee for the 2023 Global Scrum Gatherings in Portland and Amsterdam, and delivered the closing keynote at the 2025 Regional Scrum Gathering in Banff, Canada.
