Kaustubh Joshi is passionate about developing solutions involving modern I.T. with an emphasis to improve efficiency and convenience.

Kaustubh has worked as a Software Developer, Analyst, Project Manager and as Pre-Sales Consultant. He believes that People management is the most important part of any project that is undertaken. He gives a lot of importance to team building and mentoring. As a Project Manager, He loved working with a team that was a mix of fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals.

Kaustubh is of the opinion that most of the projects fail as the organisations don’t know what are their needs and their priorities in their quest to find a solution. As a Analyst, He had opportunities to understand client needs and suggest them with suitable solution after a thorough analysis.

In Addition, Kaustubh is a PMP with a rich experience in Quality Processes and ISO recertification audits. Few of his other interests include Cloud and Mobility technology, People management and Organizational Culture.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from The University of Mumbai and is currently based out Mumbai, India.
