Karen Cynthia Loayza Arias

My name is Karen Loayza. I have a master degree in management and I’m a software engineer with extensive experience in agile methodologies and project management. I work as a consultant for IBM in various projects including Microsoft and SharePoint technologies and Agile training for our customers and internal partners. I participated in Agile events held in Lima, Peru and Cordoba, Argentina and I’m proficient in scrum techniques. I usually coach teams for training them in the agile mindset and provide private training for consulting companies. My main interests are agile methodologies, business processes, project management, team building and content management applications.
