About
I am a project and program manager with more than 25 years of experience in the government sector. I hold a current Government Top Secret (SCI) Security Clearance and have active TSA, DHS, and SEC suitability.
During my career, I’m fortunate to have developed a broad base of experience that genuinely creates value for my company. As a result, I’m relied upon to work with clients and develop thorough project and program management plans and processes to enhance effectiveness. I believe my background, solution- focused mindset, and thoroughness gives me a unique ability to gather and understand requirements, and apply synergies to obtain the greatest benefits to the business leaders with whom I partner.
I love the world of project management, working with others, new technology, and continuous learning. These traits manifest themselves in four main ways. First, I am frequently called upon by senior leaders to lead projects and programs in their entirety, or assist with on-going projects and programs by providing expertise in the areas of planning, financial management, metrics, reporting, and mentorship. Second, born out of a career in the military and my love of working with others, I enjoy mentoring others in project and program management, and helping people and teams collaborate and excel. Third, I enjoy new technologies and using them to enhance project collaboration across the world. Finally, in an effort to continually improve, I thrive on participating in both formal and informal learning related to project and program management, and new technologies.
