About
Hello, I’m Krystal Dawn.
I was born and raised in Utah, and the mountains, deserts, and open skies still have a firm hold on me. The abundance of outdoor adventure is one of the reasons I’ve stayed, and it mirrors how I approach my work: curious, grounded, and always moving forward.
My path into technology and agility was anything but linear. While studying at Westminster University, I spent my undergraduate and graduate years working in the library as a self-taught web designer, originally supporting a plan to attend law school. Somewhere between case law and code, I realized I was far more energized by building things than arguing about them. That pivot set the course for a career in technology.
Over the years, I’ve worked across the software lifecycle in roles spanning Web Design, Quality Assurance, Product Ownership, Agile Project and Program Management, Scrum Mastery, and Agile Coaching. Today, I serve as the Head of Delivery Enablement at Porch, where I lead and scale multidisciplinary teams, design operating models, strengthen delivery practices, and help organizations turn strategy into predictable, high-quality outcomes.
I bring formal training in PMBOK, Lean, and multiple Agile frameworks, along with certifications across Scrum and product disciplines. More importantly, I bring a systems mindset, a deep respect for people doing complex work, and a belief that good delivery is equal parts clarity, trust, and adaptability.
I’m continually expanding my leadership and technical toolkit, with a growing focus on AI, modern operating models, and how emerging technologies can amplify human decision-making rather than replace it.
At heart, I’m a builder. Of teams, of systems, and of paths forward when the map isn’t obvious yet.
