Jeff Seese

Jeff Seese is a seasoned Scrum professional with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise healthcare software.
As Senior Product Lead, Jeff drove many important changes in products that streamlined support and resulted in happier customers. He also spearheaded efforts to standardize team alignment and escalation processes, resulting in ticket backlog reduction and higher customer satisfaction.
As Product and Marketing Manager, Jeff launched a new software platform, developed a new pricing strategy, led the sales and marketing campaigns, increased the sales pipeline, and acted as Product Owner for multiple delivery teams.
Jeff helped lead the full implementation of scrum across multiple teams, also managing a cross-functional team to deploy products through Alpha and Beta phases, resulting in 100% of beta clients becoming Sales reference sites.  His teams received the prestigious 3M Golden Step award, "...honoring the innovative work of cross-functional teams that create new and significantly profitable sales for 3M.
