Business Information:

I have over 25 years experience in the management, design, and development of enterprise projects and initiatives. 

As an Agilist, Technologist, and Manager...  I have been placed in positions to both lead and guide IT organizations as well as communicate and address technical obstacles to executive and C level managers.  During my career, I have worked with several “fortune 500” companies including AT&T, MasterCard, Monsanto, MetLife, RGA, and Northrop Grumman.  

In my current position as the CIO and Agile Practice Lead at 1904labs;  I am responsible for managing the IT operations of the company as well as supporting and coaching teams as a servant leader using an approach that combines HCD and Agile together (HCDAgile)

Associations and Achievements:

I hold a Masters degree in Computer Science and Distributed Systems from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Central Missouri State University.  I have also held and maintained various security clearances for my work on government projects.  I am also a member of the Scrum Alliance in good standing with active CSM, CSPO, CSP-SM, and CSP-PO certifications.
