With almost 30 years of experience in product development, Jimi Fosdick, CST, PMP, ACP has worked in a wide range of industries, including publishing, software, advertising, financial services, and the public sector (including such U.S. Federal agencies as the Department of Homeland Security’s “Acquisitions Institute”).
As a Certified Scrum Trainer and Project Management Professional (PMP), he conducts wildly popular, interactive, “full-immersion” public and private Agile and Scrum workshops online around the world each year, helping organizations surface dysfunction and improve processes through Scrum and Agile practices.
During that time, Jimi has certified more than 9,000 Scrum Masters and Product Owners. His public and private workshop participants have a 100% pass rate on both the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master exam and PMI’s Agile Certified Practitioner exam. Jimi has also led large-scale Agile transformations at many of the world’s leading companies.

Jimi has coached and trained numerous tech industry leaders, including Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, and Electronic Arts, as well as financial services companies like American Express, Credit Suisse, and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. He has also worked with major organizations in media, aerospace, insurance, and the public sector.
Jimi earned his MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago. He studied Mathematics and Computer Science as an undergraduate at Loyola University Chicago.
