The Fearless Agility Virtual Certified Scrum Product Owner Course is an introduction to the principles, practices, values, and mechanics of Scrum for those who will have Product Owner responsibilities involving Scrum teams. Through a combination of lecture, group discussion, and hands-on simulation activities, students learn how to become effective managers, Product Owner’s and stakeholders for Scrum teams.

Upon successful completion, attendees will earn the official designation of “Certified Scrum Product Owner” by the Scrum Alliance. At this time, the Scrum Alliance does not require an exam to obtain CSPO certification.

Loved the collaborative approach to learning!

Jimi’s pedagogical framework deliberately pushes you beyond conventional delivery norms, a necessary catalyst for true agile transformation. His approach cultivates high-level cognitive adaptability, equipping you to navigate complex product governance and execute the Product Owner role with precision. Furthermore, it establishes an unshakeable conceptual baseline for advanced Scrum Alliance tracks. A master educator, refined strategist, and true visionary.

Engaging instructor. Solid training activities and sessions.

So incredibly disappointing.

Jimi did a great job of mixing fun, interactive games into the course to help make learning the material very easy.

Jimi was engaging and practical. He utilized simple methods to convey concepts and ensured the team understood the content before moving on. The small class size was great to provide everyone the chance to ask questions.

Very useful insights. Has a lot of experience and made the concepts reallly easy to understand.

This was a great workshop!!

Jimi has a unique way of facilitating (not teaching) this class. Although what you needed to learn was covered, a lot of it is through playing different games and listening to Jimi's experience. A textbook review of the topic would be nice prior to doing the learning game. All around it was a good class, and stretching out to 3 days with around 4 hours a day, helped to not get brain-freeze.
