James Dunmore [breif summary] started working as a PHP developer after graduating from the University of Essex with a Degree in Computer Science and a Masters in E-Commerce technology. Having worked his way up to senior and lead developer rols for large organisations in the London area, he started managing team and became responsbile for project delivery. Having read about Agile methodogiles, he then when on the certified scrum master course and saw the light. James now is the head of development at Sotic (a sports digial agency), and keenly preaches and practices scrum and other agile methodoglies.
