Jen Cardinal

Hi ! My name is Jen Cardinal and I am currently working at Polaris Inc. as a Scrum Master Manager. I started out my career in the call center industry for a company called ShopHQ, which is a satellite and broadcast home shopping television network and multi-channel video retailer. I worked as a call center agent, Supervisor, Corporate Trainer, and a Home Agent Manager. I was later approached to switch roles over to the IT group and become a Sr. Business Analyst to help with migrating our CRM from a legacy Oracle Applications to Salesforce Service Cloud. It was a huge change that I loved and adapted to quickly.  From there, I was moved over to the digital space where I had my first introduction to Scrum and was sent for certification for Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance.

I have continued my career path in the digital space and was promoted from Scrum Master to Scrum Master Supervisor and most recently, Scrum Master Manager. I currently manage all Scrum Teams across our Customer/Dealer space as well as Engineering/Operations.

I am married (15 years) and have two awesome kids: Lincoln (11) and Stella (9) .We love spending time together playing games, reading books, doing arts and crafts, riding ATVs and heading up to the cabin almost every weekend during the summer months. Most recently both kiddos took up hockey and that consumes almost every waking hour of our time :)
