About
Rafaa Hadj Fraj is a mid-level software developer. He was behind the rescue and the success of many software and Web Applications projects. He worked in several companies mixing experience in multiple development languages, software engineering, project management and business values.
He implemented Scrum in a great team, coaching them Scrum principles and values, roles and artifacts. He coached developers using latest J2EE Frameworks technology such as Grails.
As Rafaa is fluent in 4 languages, English, German, French, and Arabic, he’s able to work with different countries with different cultures. Nowadays he’s working remotely with a reporting team based in Berlin, Germany.
He traveled many cities worldwide, learning languages and experiencing great culture and people.
Rafaa is based in Tunis, Tunisia.
