From personality perspective, I am a proactive, optimistic and easygoing person who’s open communication oriented and has a strong sense of responsibility and empathy. All these qualities make me:
-Good at inspect team’s requirements and organization’s expectations, and act on them;
-Good at analyzing problems, gathering data and sharing information with team mates;
-Believe that every issue has a specific solution and be willing to find it;
-Being an effective communicator who’s worthy of trust;
-Being a friendly team player with facilitating skills.
From technical perspective, I am the one with software developing, testing and managing experiences and skills:

-Applied experiences of Scrum and Lean;
