Greg Tutunjian
About
Greg Tutunjian is an Agile Coach passionate about emergent & adaptive experiences for individuals, groups & organizations. I meet people where they are. I take a systems view of products, services, people and culture, and I use visual planning, systems thinking and design thinking to facilitate change.
I help teams deliver more value per Iteration with the same team size. I help organizations deliver distressed products and programs through Agile Remediation. I take an applied approach to Agile so that the adoption of principles, practices and tools is based on common sense, real world experience and inherent wisdom.
I’ve coached, mentored and trained individuals, teams and organizations as diverse as Angel-funded startups, privately owned technology companies and Fortune 25 multinationals. I’ve also planned and led enterprise-wide programs introducing and adapting agile frameworks, principles, practices and tools. Together, we can ensure sustainable change with demonstrable results.
