Gregor Streng

Gregor ist currently coaching a scaled agile product development team consisting of 6 Scrum teams in 3 locations in Europe.

He is living close to Munich, Germany. Gregor is an experienced Agile Coach, Scrum Master and Trainer with a large background in software delevopment in various industries.

Gregor started his professional carrer in 1997, when he founded his first company. In 2007 he get in touch with Scrum for the first time. In 2009 he became a Certified Scrum Master and in 2011 a certified Scrom Product Owner. In 2018 he became a Certified Scrum Professional.

Since he initiated an agile transition with his colleagues, his purpose is to enable an agile mindset not only in software teams but for entire organisation.

Since 2015 he is working for metafinanz Informationssysteme (a part of the Allianz group) in Munich and is founder of the agile coaching team of metafinanz and a part of its agile transformation team.
