We have been adapting and will need to continue to adapt to change, or our species will become extinct. I am glad that new project approaches are becoming common sense, so we can replace : 1) Managers and employees with teams where everybody is valued for their skills 2) Training and telling how-to by facilitating the team to find the solutions themselves 3) The client-supplier role with true involvement from the business side 4) Fixed plan and budget with admitting that we don't know everything in advance
