With over ten years of experience, I was a software developer, consultant, and manager in multinational companies in Uruguay, Mexico, and Argentina. In recent years, my experience with agile processes reaffirmed the passion for wanting to help people feeling happy about their work, with the development of their talent and reinforcing the positive linkages in the workplace. This passion led me to undertake the journey of the entrepreneurship just to try help companies generate healthy work areas, and therefore productive.
