I performed a variety of product development, program management and customer focused roles at NetApp, an Enterprise storage company, in Sunnyvale, CA:

● Managed software development, QA and program management teams in different technologies and successfully led many functional and cross-functional projects

● Implemented multi-geo hybrid Agile Scrum process that enabled project progress to be closely monitored and predicted allowing early scope corrections. Also resulted in less product issues found downstream

● Championed and led the global Manageability Program Office to understand, document and enforce consistency across the Manageability Business Unit regarding SDLC processes for delivering NetApp’s many Manageability products
