Gareth Cooney has a wealth of experience and proven track record of leading the implementation of high-value mission-critical solutions and adoption of agile practices in fast-paced dynamic environments. His experience covers many aspects of product development as a result of working in the roles of Software Engineer, Team Lead , Scrum Master and Agile Coach. In these roles, Gareth refined the necessary skills to foster positive internal and external relationships encouraging a team focused collaborative approach to delivering high-quality products within complex domains.
