Biography
Gertjan Assies started his education and career in electronics
Slowly his hobby in programming turned into his career working with Geographical Informations Systems at the Dutch Geological Survey, after which he build websites and webapplications for several of the top 5 Amsterdam based webagencies.
Currently he is working as a Senior Product Developer at one of the world's leading content management vendors where he is or has been Team lead Scrum Master and Product owner. depending on what was required at a certain time.
His hobbies include gourmet cooking, snooker, playing guitar, reading SF & Fantasy and keeping up with technologies.
