Experienced Scrum Master I have a background in information technology, software development and data warehousing. Prior to becomming a scrum master I had worked on a number of projects as a developer doing database development, web programming and client server application development. I have experience programming in VB, VB.Net, C#, C++, JAVA, SQL, PL SQL, ASP, ASP.Net, Oracle and Sql Server data bases. Most recently before becoming a scrum master I had setup a data mart for healthcare using SQL Server Integration Services. This was probably the most agile team I have ever worked with, we had a manager who interfaced with the business and played the role of BA / Product Owner. In addition we had a co-located team and an environment where we could do releases on a days notice if needed. This enabled us to meet the needs of our business partners and provide them with timely updates and information in a continually changing business environment. I Have worked in healthcare, government and manufacturing organizations.
